With over 20 years of experience in financial investments, real estate asset management and development, corporate finance, and start-up businesses, Mr. Hisham Al Saie is the General Manager, Investments & Business Support of the Premier Group, a private investment company in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

He holds several Directorship positions in many local, regional, and international firms. These include McLaren Technology Group in the United Kingdom (Director and member of the Audit Committee), Investcorp Bank B.S.C. Bahrain (Director & Member of the Remuneration Committee), Nass Corporation B.S.C. Bahrain (Director and Member of the Board and Audit & Remuneration Committees and the Board Remuneration Committee), Diyaar Al-Muharraq W.L.L Bahrain (Director), Bahrain Bay Developments W.L.L. Bahrain (Director), LAMA Real Estate W.L.L. Bahrain (Vice Chairman).

He was previously Head of Corporate Finance at SICO Investment Bank and has held positions at BDO Jawad Habib, Price Waterhouse Coopers, and Arthur Andersen.

Mr. Al Saie holds a Master of Business Administration from the London Business School (LBS), has completed the INSEAD YMP Program in Finance, Strategic and Operational Management, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Texas at Arlington (U.S.).
