AUBH Partners with Flat6Labs to Empower Students with Entrepreneurship Skills
The American University of Bahrain (AUBH) and Flat6Labs have signed a Memorandum of Understanding, aiming to equip AUBH students with valuable entrepreneurship skills and knowledge. The mutual understanding aims to promote entrepreneurship in Bahrain and the wider region, aid in developing start-up projects for AUBH students, while sharing knowledge, experiences, ideas, and mentor exchange.
Flat6Labs Bahrain is the leading startup accelerator in the Kingdom of Bahrain, with the purpose of accelerating both local and international startups. Through their expansive network and numerous partnerships, they are able to provide entrepreneurs with seed funding, strategic mentorship, office space, and services, all tailored to address startup needs. Through the partnership, Flat6Labs intends to support AUBH students by providing tools, resources and knowledge on starting a business in Bahrain, while offering information sessions to the student body, as well one-on-one sessions as required. Together, AUBH and Flat6Labs will be hosting entrepreneurship projects and events, workshops, and a speaker series on campus.

The partnership will further present AUBH Students with a holistic educational experience, which is in line with AUBH’s educational philosophy and approach to education. In doing so, AUBH graduates will be career-oriented individuals equipped with skills needed in today’s job market.
